FAQs

Does the Ender-5 Max arrive fully assembled?

No. Basic assembly is required after delivery. The main components are preassembled, and Creality’s official guide estimates that the mechanical assembly can be completed in around 10 minutes.

What is included in the standard package?

The package includes the main printer components, build platform, two Z-axis assemblies, screen and bracket, spool holder, tool kit, power cable, sample filament, USB drive, nozzle cleaner and nozzle.

Are the enclosure and camera included?

No. The standard Ender-5 Max has an open-frame design. The monitoring camera is optional, and the Ender-5 Max enclosure is sold separately.

Which slicing software and file formats can I use?

Creality recommends Creality Print 5.1 or later. Supported slicing formats include STL, OBJ and 3MF, while printable files are exported as G-code.

Can the printer continue after a power outage or filament runout?

Yes. The Ender-5 Max supports both power-loss recovery and filament runout detection, helping reduce the risk of losing a long print unexpectedly.
