ABS-CF Carbon Fiber Filament

ABS-CF is an ABS-based engineering filament reinforced with 20% carbon fiber. The carbon fiber reinforcement improves mechanical strength, rigidity and dimensional stability while providing a lightweight matte surface.

Compared with standard ABS, this material offers lower shrinkage, improved layer adhesion and more stable printing performance. It is suitable for functional prototypes, tools, fixtures, gears, robotic components, drone parts and other industrial applications requiring strength and durability.

A hardened steel nozzle is recommended because carbon fiber-filled materials are abrasive. An enclosed printer and controlled printing environment are also recommended for more consistent results.
