FAQs

Should I choose the 5W or 10W version?

Choose 5W for detailed engraving and lighter craft projects. Choose 10W for faster processing, general DIY work and wood cutting. Both versions can engrave materials such as wood and compatible acrylic, but the 10W module provides stronger cutting performance. 

Is the AI camera included with both power options?

Yes. Both the 5W AI Camera and 10W AI Camera variants include the built-in camera. The camera supports material recognition, smart layout and positioning assistance. The white Basic version does not include a camera and cannot be upgraded with one later.

Can the standard laser module engrave bare metal?

The included 5W or 10W blue diode module is mainly intended for wood, leather, paper, compatible acrylic and coated materials. For fine marking on bare metal, plastic or jewelry, Creality recommends the optional 1.2W infrared laser module. 

Are the infrared module, rotary kit and air purifier included?

No. The selected package includes the machine and the chosen 5W or 10W laser module. The infrared module, rotary engraving kit and air purifier are optional accessories unless the bundle description specifically includes them.

Which software can be used, and does the machine require internet access?

The Falcon A1C supports the free Falcon Design Space software and is also compatible with LightBurn. It can connect to a computer through Type-C, and offline processing with a USB drive is supported, so a continuous internet connection is not required for every project.
